Treatment

Q:I have toothache. Can I see a dentist immediately?

A:We only accept patients who make reservations in advance. Please call if you have urgent symptoms. We may be able to provide emergency treatment, subject to appointment availability.

We are pleased to provide treatment during opening hours, subject to availability.
You may have to wait on arrival due to our policy to prioritize patients with reservations.

Q:Do you treat children?

A:Normally, we do not treat children,

however, we can provide a pediatric dentistry service under the provision that the child can remain calmly seated and gargle independently.
If we are not able to provide this service then we will refer you to other pediatric dentists. We also provide a pediatric oral cleaning service

Q:How much does it cost? How often should I go?

A:The cost and frequency of treatments will depend on your oral condition.

You will need a consultation with the doctor before a treatment plan can be provided.

Q:Can tooth decay be treated with one appointment?

A:If your case of tooth decay is mild then only one appointment may be necessary,

however, if the tooth decay is severe then multiple visits may be necessary.

Q:Should I see a dentist multiple times even if I only have occasional toothache.

A:It is possible that you have tooth decay, periodontal disease, hyperesthesia, and/or other complications. We suggest you see a dentist as soon as possible.

Q:I have uncertainty and/or anxiety regarding a treatment plan. Can I consult with a dentist about it?

A:Of course. We believe “informed consent” is important.

It is natural to have any questions and requests for a treatment. We are pleased to explain treatment plans to resolve your uncertainties and/or anxieties. After we are in agreement, we can move forward with the treatment plan.
You can feel free to ask not only the dentists but also hygienists or receptionists.

A:In case you cannot continue your treatment plan at your previous dentist, because you have moved or for any other reason, we are glad to continue your treatment plan here even if it hasn’t finished.

A:All of our treatment rooms are private or semi-private. They are designed to protect patients’ privacy.
