【IMPORTANT】The following changes will take place from April 1st, 2019.
- 1. CLOSED on Saturdays.
- 2. Check in hours for Internal Medicine Department: 9:00~12:30 / 14:00~17:30
- 3. In principle, consultation at Internal Medicine Department will require APPOINTMNET in advance
- 4. Reservations will be accepted on the weekday ONE MONTH prior to the reservation day. If the weekday one month prior to the reservation day is a holiday, reservation will start from the first business day after the holiday. (Please contact us for more details. TEL：03-5413-0080)
- 5. All of the reservations in APRIL and MAY this year must be by TELEPHONE. Starting JUNE, we are planning to have the reservations online but please wait for an official announcement in our home page.
- 6. While reservations are preferred, you may have to wait a long time depending on the crowd or introduced other clinic if you have not made a reservation.
- 7. If the physician orders a blood test prior to the consultation, please come ONE HOUR before the reservation for the consultation. If your consultation is reserved between 9:00 to 9:50 in the morning, you will have to come to the clinic at least one day before your consultation’s reservation.
- 8. The time for the consultation would be basically within 10 minutes. The reservation time may be changed due to medical necessity or emergency.
- 9. If you prefer to have more than 10 minutes for consultation, please make a reservation for two consecutive slots.
If this is the case, you will be charged 7,700 yen in addition to the consultation fee (Patient Selected Extra Medical Care).
In the situation that your consultation starts 30 minutes later than the reserved time, the reservation fee will not be charged. - 10. If you make cancellations without notice, you will be charged 7,000 yen per the reservation slot as a cancellation fee.
Internal Medicine
Internal Medicine and other indications will be diagnosed. We will be your home doctor. The Internal Medicine Dept. will see all types of patients but if necessary we will refer you to a specialist internally or at another medical institution

The patient will be diagnosed internally and checked for brain or neurological diseases.
