The consultation days, hours, and reservation methods vary depending on the department.

Schedule for each department

• Reservations for the hand surgery outpatient clinic can be made up to three months in advance of the desired month of visit.
• The Hand Surgery Outpatient Clinic opens up appointment slots for the next three months on the third Tuesday of every month.
• For the hand surgery outpatient clinic, if the third Tuesday falls on a national holiday, the open appointment day will be postponed to the following day (third Wednesday).
• A flat reservation fee of 1,100 yen will be charged for all appointments for the hand surgery outpatient clinic.

Notes on reservations

For those making appointments for internal medicine

1. Reservations are accepted from the same day of the week three months prior to the date of your appointment. If the same day of the week one month prior to your appointment is a holiday, reservations will be accepted from the day after the holiday (this does not apply to Himedic members, Private Doctor members, Midtown Residence residents, and Midtown office workers who make reservations through the Workers app. Please contact us for more information).
2. If your doctor has instructed you to take a blood test before your appointment, please come one hour before your appointment. However, if your appointment is for the 1am time slot, please have your blood test done by the day before.
3. In principle, consultations are limited to 10 minutes. Please note that your appointment may change depending on the nature of your consultation and urgency.
