Notes on reservations
- Clinic hours may change or clinic may be closed due to conferences, etc.
- Due to the need to accommodate patients with sudden or serious illnesses, the order of appointments may change slightly.
- Our clinic is for people aged 16 and over.
- We do not provide explanations of test results or diagnoses over the phone.
For those making appointments for internal medicine
- Reservations are accepted from the same day of the week three months prior to the date of your appointment. If the same day of the week one month prior to your appointment is a holiday, reservations will be accepted from the day after the holiday (this does not apply to Himedic members, Private Doctor members, Midtown Residence residents, and Midtown office workers who make reservations through the Workers app. Please contact us for more information).
- If your doctor has instructed you to take a blood test before your appointment, please come one hour before your appointment. However, if your appointment is for the 1am time slot, please have your blood test done by the day before.
- In principle, consultations are limited to 10 minutes. Please note that your appointment may change depending on the nature of your consultation and urgency.
Precautions regarding initial consultation, examination, and infusion
- If you visit after the final reception time (17:00), we may not be able to perform blood tests, urine tests, X-rays, or intravenous drips on the same day.
- If this is your first time receiving an infusion or if you would like a different infusion than last time, the last appointment is at 16:30 p.m. on weekdays.
- If test results are not available on the same day, you may be asked to return at a later date.
- If you wish to undergo a medical examination for the purpose of obtaining a boat license, etc., please make a reservation by 17:00 p.m. on weekdays.
- CT, MRI and ultrasound examinations require reservations.
