Specific care for each disease condition

Migraine
  • These diseases.
    • It is a neurological disorder characterized by headaches, nausea, photophobia, and sound sensitivity, and occurs mainly on one side of the head.
  • Main symptoms
    • Headache, especially severe unilateral headache
    • Nausea and vomiting
    • May be sensitive to bright light and noise
  • Complications
    • Chronic
    • Excessive use of painkillers leads to medication overuse headaches
    • Cerebrovascular disease
  • Main treatment
    • Migraine lasts from a few hours to about three days, and if the pain is severe it can interfere with your daily life. There are specific medications for to relieve migraine as well as to prevent its attack. Please consult with us.
Stroke
  • These diseases.
    • This is a disease that causes damage to brain tissue when blood flow to the brain is suddenly blocked or blood vessels in the brain burst. This condition causes the brain to lose oxygen and nutrients, which can damage nerve cells and cause loss of function.
  • Main symptoms
    • Numbness or paralysis on one side of the face or limbs
    • Difficulty understanding or producing words or language
    • Sudden visual impairment, loss of vision in one eye
  • Complications
    • People who have had a stroke before are more likely to have another stroke
    • Comorbid conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease
    • The possibility that functional impairments or physical disabilities caused by a stroke may affect your future life and work
  • Main treatment
    • Acute treatment: Thrombolytic therapy and endovascular treatment are used to alleviate acute symptoms such as cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.
Aphasia
  • These diseases.
    • It is a neurological disorder involving impaired language comprehension and speech and is caused by damage to certain areas of the brain.
  • Main symptoms
    • Difficulty understanding words
    • Unable to pronounce words properly
    • Difficult to find words
  • Complications
    • Persistent impairment in language skills
    • It can affect social relationships and work, and may increase the risk of psychological problems such as depression.
    • Increased risk of stroke or brain injury, which is the cause of aphasia, and therefore the possibility of recurrence
  • Main treatment
    • Cognitive rehabilitation programs may be offered to help improve or support the cognitive functions associated with aphasia.
