About online reservations

Currently, online reservations are only accepted by members of the Kanto IT Software Health Insurance Association, the National Health Insurance Association (Kenko Hoken), the Foreign Transport Finance Health Insurance Association, and the Mitsui & Co. Health Insurance Association.

If you are a member of another health insurance association, please apply through the reservation request form. (We will gradually add more health insurance associations that allow online reservations.)

  • What is the health insurance subsidy course?
    This is a system in which your health insurance association will subsidize part of the cost. The items covered by the subsidy vary depending on the health insurance association.

  • It seems that you have a contract with an agency. What is an agency?
    This is an institution that coordinates and manages Medical Checkup and Health Screening.
    If you are a health insurance association or company that has a contract with an agency, please first check the rules with the agency before making a reservation.

  • I couldn't make a reservation online.
    Currently, some health insurance associations allow you to make reservations online.
    We apologize to those whose health insurance associations are not eligible for online reservation. Please make a reservation through the inquiry form designated for health insurance covered medical checkup.

  • Are meal tickets available?
    Meal vouchers are not provided to courses covered by health insurance. They are provided only to those who visit our original course.
