Changes to the Use of Health Insurance Cards

Please be advised that the transitional period for the use of the current Health Insurance Card (Hokensho) will end on July 2026, 7, in accordance with the relevant government policy.
Accordingly, effective August 2026, 8, the current Health Insurance Card will no longer be accepted at our clinic.
When visiting our clinic, we kindly ask that you bring one of the following documents:

・My Number Health Insurance Card (a My Number Card registered for use as a health insurance card)
・Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate (Shikaku Kakuninsho)

To help ensure a smooth check-in process, we would appreciate it if you could confirm that you have one of the above documents prior to your visit.
We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
