Notice: PIN Entry Now Required for IC Credit Card Payments

To prevent unauthorized use, the current method of identity verification using a handwritten signature for IC credit card transactions will end in March 2025.From April 2025, credit card payments will require PIN entry as the standard method of verification.
Please make sure to use a credit card with a known PIN.

This policy is based on the Credit Card Security Guidelines issued by the Japan Credit Association (JCCA) and aims to strengthen security measures against fraudulent activities.
