Online Medical Questionnaire
We have introduced an online medical questionnaire that can be answered any time. Please answer the questionnaire approximately three days before your appointment.
Regarding the new medical questionnaire and supplementary answers
In 2020, our clinic will be making major revisions to its medical questionnaires so that AI predictions for many diseases, including diabetes, will become possible in the future. Please see the following page for details.

Frequently asked questions before your appointment
- How far in advance should I make a reservation?
Reservations can fill up several months in advance, so we recommend making your reservation as early as possible if you have a preferred date.
- Can I get examined without my health insurance card?
If you are undergoing a medical checkup or health screening that is not subsidized by the health insurance association, you can receive the examination without your health insurance card. On the day of the examination, please present an ID card other than your health insurance card at the counter.
- How long does the examination take?
The estimated time for a lifestyle disease checkup is about 1 to 2 hours, and for a regular checkup it is about 1 hour. Please note that the examination time may change significantly depending on whether there are optional examinations or how busy the examination is.
- Are there any dietary restrictions?
If you are undergoing a gastric X-ray (barium test), gastroscopy, abdominal ultrasound, upper abdominal CT scan, or blood test, there will be dietary restrictions. For details, please contact us or check the "Examination Precautions" that will be sent to you in advance.
- When will the pre-test kits arrive?
We will sent the kits to you about 1 week to 10 days before your appointment. If you do not receive ti, please fill in the inquiry form.Please note that if you changed the examination date and time, we will not resend teh kits unless you notify us in advance.

Confirmation of medical examination results
After the health check, you will receive an email with the results about one month later. Please access your personal page from the individual URL in the email and check the results. You can also download the PDF file.

For those who have been found to have a medical condition during their health check
For those who receive a result of "D: Secondary examination required" or "F: Medical examination required," we will inform you about secondary examinations and follow-up care at the outpatient clinic. We recommend that you visit the clinic as soon as possible to detect and treat illnesses early.
Frequently asked questions after your appointment
- After taking barium, I can't seem to pass stool.
Please drink plenty of water. If you feel that the laxative is not enough, you can take an over-the-counter laxative. If the following symptoms persist, please consult your nearest medical institution or our clinic reservation center.
- Barium is not excreted for more than 3 days
- Persistent severe abdominal pain
- -Vomiting continues
- After blood is drawn, you may experience internal bleeding, pain, and numbness.
If the symptoms persist, we will see you in our outpatient department. Please contact our appointment center first.
- I am experiencing bleeding after a gynecological examination (uterine cancer screening or ultrasound examination).
The stimulation of the test may cause a small amount of bleeding, but if the symptom persists, please contact the reservation center.
- Can I return to my daily life immediately after the checkup?
If it is a simple medical checkup, you can immediately return to your daily life. If you are undergoing a gastrointestinal endoscopy (gastrocamera examination), please wait 30 minutes to an hour before eating. Please ask for more details when making a reservation or when visiting the clinic.
- I received a result stating that I need to be retested. How should I go for the test?
You can take the secondary examination at our clinic. For details, please see the information below.
- I would like to have a re-examination at another hospital. Can I get a referral letter free of charge?
Referral letters can be issued at the outpatient center for a fee, so please make an appointment.
