All the medical departments, facilities, and testing equipment required for health checkups are concentrated on one floor, the 6th floor of Tokyo Midtown.

Patients can complete their examination in a short time with minimal movement from reception to interview, examination, and result explanation. We promise a smooth experience that does not waste patients' valuable time.

We are equipped with MRI, CT, mammography, endoscopy, and other examination equipment, and are able to perform a wide range of examinations. We also have numerous specialities at the outpatient department, and we take responsibility in providing diagnostic and detailed examinations, as well as follow-up care.

3.0 Tesla MRI

Head MRI and MRA tests are used to check for brain tumors, cerebral infarction (asymptomatic), cerebral aneurysms, and cerebral vascular stenosis. Lower abdominal MRI tests are used to check the prostate in men and the uterus and ovaries in women. It is also possible to check the abdomen and spine.

80-slice multi-slice CT

Multi-slice imaging data can be processed at high speed and displayed in real time.

Chest CT scans examine the lungs and mediastinum and are useful for screening for lung cancer. Abdominal CT scans can examine the organs from the upper to lower abdomen (liver, pancreas, kidneys, etc.), and can be used in conjunction with ultrasound examinations to observe the condition in more detail. Visceral fat CT scans measure the area of ​​abdominal visceral fat. They are useful for diagnosing metabolic syndrome.

Endoscopy and recovery rooms

An upper gastrointestinal endoscopy will be performed. When undergoing a medical checkup, you will be asked to choose between an endoscopy or an X-ray (barium) examination for the upper gastrointestinal tract. (There may be a difference in cost.)

In addition, at our clinic, you can choose between nasal or oral upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. As an additional option for oral endoscopy, we also offer a "sedative" that allows you to relax and be asleep during the examination. If you use a "sedative," you will rest in the recovery room until you have recovered after the examination.

In-house laboratory (clinical laboratory)

We have an in-house laboratory, and therefore, we can quickly provide general blood test results, excluding tumor markers.

X-ray inspection equipment

X-rays are used to take images of the chest and orthopedic areas.

X-ray fluoroscopy device

Barium will be used to examine the stomach.

Mammography equipment (2D/3D)

It is effective in detecting minute calcifications in early breast cancer. The breast is compressed and spread thinly and evenly to take the picture. Recommended for customers over 40 years old. All the breast and gynecologyical examinations at our clinic are performed by female doctors and technicians for your convenience.

Bone density testing equipment

We measure bone density using X-rays. This is a test for osteoporosis. We will explain the bone density of your bones by comparing it with that of a general young adult.

Blood pressure pulse wave testing device

This test determines the degree of arteriosclerosis and the presence or absence of vascular stenosis (lower limbs). By examining the speed of blood flow in blood vessels, the hardening and blockage of blood vessels can be confirmed, and the risk of cardiovascular disease (stroke, myocardial infarction, etc.) can be determined along with the degree of progression of arteriosclerosis.

Electrocardiogram Equipment

This test records the electrical signals generated by the heart's movement to check for arrhythmia and the condition of the myocardium. Electrodes are attached to the hands, feet and chest, and the test is performed in a relaxed state.

Retinography and intraocular pressure measuring device

The fundus is photographed with a camera to check the condition of the retina, choroid, macula, etc. Intraocular pressure is measured to check The presence of diseases such as glaucoma, etc. are checked.

Ultrasound diagnostic equipment

Ultrasound examinations use ultrasound to examine the inside of the body by imaging the reflected waves. During abdominal ultrasound examinations at health checkups and medical checkups, the upper abdominal organs such as the liver, bile duct, pancreas, kidneys, and spleen are examined. Our clinic also performs ultrasound examinations of the breast, thyroid, heart, carotid arteries, and vaginal areas.

Medical checkups and health checks

Our clinic offers comprehensive and general medical checkups in separate areas on the same floor. For comprehensive medical checkups, we maninly offer our original Nigen Dock course and courses funded by health insurance associations in a comfortable environment. In additio, we designated every Wednesday morning at the Nigen Dock Center and the second and fourth Monday afternoons at the general Health Checkup Center for female customers only. * For general health checkups, we mainly offer courses for young people and corporate health checkups in a speedy manner.
