She's a certified physician of the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine. Her specialty is in cardiology and she has many medical papers in the field. She's also interested in preventive medicine.

Dr. Harris lived in the U.S. in her childhood. Later she worked as a researcher at St. Louis University. Also she has American and Italian relatives and that makes her keeping up her communication in English. With this background, she would like to help foreign people from the medical field.

Dr. Genka is a certified physician of the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine and the Japanese Association for Infectious Diseases.

She's in charge of the Travel Clinic at Tokyo Midtown Medical Center. If you are planning to travel overseas take some time to visit her to check which vaccines you need at your destination country.

Dr. Genka has been taking a leading role in the relationship with Johns Hopkins Medicine International.

He's a graduate of Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine. He was a research fellow at the University of Pittsburgh's Division of Transplantation Surgery.

He has lots of experience which includes an Assistant Professor at the Department of Transplantation Surgery of the University of Tokyo

As a researcher he's been quite active in clinical trials and has more than 70 medical papers published in medical journals.

Presently he's an Associate Professor at the Department of Surgery at the Jikei University Hospital. Dr. Kita has two sons and one daughter, enjoys classical music, wine and swimming.

After graduating from Kyushu University School of Medicine in Japan, he received post-graduate training in internal medicine at the Beth Israel Medical Center in New York and in rheumatology  at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda in the United States. During fellowship, he engaged in observational as well as investigational clinical research activities in rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and dermatomyositis, and obtained the Master of Health Science in Clinical Research from the Duke University Graduate School.

He is certified in internal medicine and rheumatology by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and of the American College of Rheumatology.

He returned to Japan in 2002 and has since been a full-time faculty staff of the Tokyo Medical and Dental University. His major academic interests have been clinical investigation in various rheumatology conditions and pre- and post-graduate medical education. Presently, he is an associate professor and a deputy director of the university's newly established section, the Center for Inter-professional Education. He is married, and loves wine and fly-fishing in mountain streams.
