Handing out Numbered Tickets for Outpatient Service in the morning

Thank you for always visiting our clinic. As of December 1st Wednesday, we will start distributing numbered tickets indicating the order in which patients are to be served for the outpatient service. We wish your understanding and continuous support. 1. Schedule for distribution of the numbered tickets Weekdays（Mon-Fri）10 am- ※Outpatient Reception Weekdays 10:20-13:00 14:50-19:00 2. Precautions 1) If you have made a reservation please inform the receptionist. 2) The time for the distribution of the numbered tickets might change depending on the crowd. 3) At 10:20 we will call out each number in order, so please sit down and wait at the lobby until your number is announced. 4) If you are not present when your number is called, your order will drop back. 5) Depending on the physician your order might shift. 6) If you have a fever, nausea, or severe pain please inform the receptionist.
